Equal Works 2007, the final conference of the GB ESF Equal programme, managed by ECOTEC since 2001, took place in Birmingham on 10/11 September 2007. Some 300+ delegates from Equal-funded Development partnerships congregated to draw out the conclusions of their work in a set of thematic workshops and showcases on older workers, ex-offenders, race and integration, social enterprise and business creation, skills gaps and workplace adaptability.
